How to use this Practice

Find a hand drum or a single drum you can play with two sticks or mallets.

Start out by breathing in for 4 counts and out for 4 counts. Remember to breath in and out while you continue to play.

You’ll first play really fast 16th notes at 150bpm for 5 mins.

Then you’ll slow down to 16th notes at 120bpm for 20 mins.

Release the energy first. Process while playing with out judging yourself. You’ll be clearer about your thoughts afterwards.
