Once you’re aware, you’ll stop ignoring your suffering. Instead you’ll bring light to it. Investigate it like a detective. Gain understanding. If you’ve got this far, you understand that self-medicating, resisting, or running from your pain doesn’t work. You’ve got to get to the bottom of what’s triggering your discomfort.
